Do you deliver yourself?

Yes, we deliver all the products ourselves. We have our own technical service that does the deliveries. Jorgen, our technical manager, has almost 30 years of experience with Stressless!

Can I return a recliner?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Every purchase is custom made in the factory in Norway. For this reason we cannot return an online purchase.

To avoid a bad purchase, we recommend that you come to the store.

What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time is 8 to 12 weeks. For a chair or relax rather 8 weeks, for a salon rather 10-12 weeks.

How can I pay?

You can pay via Bancontact, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Cash payment is only possible in the store in Leuven.

Is delivery free?

Yes, in Belgium we deliver for free. For the Netherlands, please contact us, the price depends on the exact location.
