We will repair your seat, even if it was not purchased from us.

Can I have my Stressless reupholstered?

Yes, this is possible. It depends on the condition of the seat, the foam must still be in good condition. Our technician evaluates this seat per seat.

My cushions are sagging, what now?

In some cases we can replace the cushions of your seat. The price depends on the model.

How much does a repair cost with you?

This depends on several factors;

- the condition of the seat
- the type of seat
- the type of work that needs to be done

We request the prices of the pieces from Stressless. Then we charge the working hours at €75, incl. VAT

Is it worth repairing my seat?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We determine the price based on the necessary parts and the working hours. In some cases this can be high. We do provide a special discount if you would like to buy a completely new seat.

How many years of warranty do I have on my Stressless?

  • 5 years on engines and batteries
  • 10 years on frame/mechanism
  • 2 years on working hours

Concretely: suppose there is something wrong with the frame after 7 years, then you get the parts for free and you only have to pay for the labor. Even if the seat does not come from us.

We request the price of the parts (if not under warranty) and calculate the working hours.

Step 3
We will send you a detailed quote without obligation.

Step 4
If you agree, a technician will come to your home to carry out the repair.
